He is oppressed by creeping vines. He moves uncertainly and says, "Movement brings remorse." If one feels remorse and undertakes something, this brings good fortune.

上爻变动，被蔓藤缠绕困住，摇摇不定。虽说行动会后悔，但真正的后悔之后反而应当行动。困到极处，唯有打破犹豫才能脱困。变为天水讼卦，暗示觉醒后据理力争方可脱困。
The top line changing: oppressed by creeping vines, wavering uncertainly. Though one says movement brings remorse, genuine remorse should spur action. At the extreme of oppression, only breaking through indecision brings escape. Transforming into Conflict suggests that after awakening, standing firm for one's rights leads to liberation.
